Holiday period requires five night minimum stay. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled 72 hours after booking forfeit deposit. Reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival will incur forfeiture of the full reservations amount. Total tax is 13.6%
