From casual to elegant, we have dining options to satisfy any
hunger, with a unique alpine flair that sets Solitude apart.
Creekside offers a vintage European flavor
for brunch on both Saturday
and Sundays with dishes such as Apple crisp French
toast or Wild salmon
cakes crafted by new chef, Matt Anderson. You’ll find the
same alpine
flair on the dinner menu as well, whether it be
a wood-fired pizza or
tenderloin you are after.
Adventurous diners can work up an appetite on the short hike to The
Yurt,
where Chef Matt Barrigar prepares a gourmet 4-course dinner as the sun
sets on the Wasatch. Don’t miss out on Tapas Thursdays, a perfect way to
sample many dishes, just as they do in Spain.
At the Stone Haus in the heart of the Village, you’ll find fresh
sandwiches and crepes, special barbequed lunches, as well as fresh pizzas,
local gourmet ice cream and Starbucks coffee throughout the day.
Don’t miss out on your turn in the kitchen during one of Solitude’s
culinary weekends. Not only will you learn by playing chef – there will be
plenty of opportunity on the other side of the table, sampling from each
restaurant.
