Meet the Chef

Matt Barrigar, Executive Chef of St. Bernard’s and the Yurt at Solitude, had the privilege of showcasing his culinary talents in New York City for Thanksgiving, at the esteemed James Beard House. Along with fellow chefs from Salt Lake eateries Pine and Metropolitan, the diversity of gourmet restaurants found in Utah was displayed as they served “America’s Dinner”.
