Lace up your boots for the short alpine hike to The Yurt at Solitude. You’ll be treated to a wonderful four-course gourmet dinner and the woodsy ambiance you’ve come to love during the winter. But, now we’ll leave the doors and windows open to enjoy the fabulous views of Solitude as our chef prepares your meal in front of you. After 18 winter seasons this intimate dining experience offers the same unforgettable experience for the first time during the summer. TAPAS THURSDAYS

St. Bernard’s and Yurt Chef Matt Barrigar traveled across the sea to Spain this spring to train in art of crafting tapas. What better place to hone these culinary skills than in the land where tapas were created? There is no other place, short of traveling to Spain yourself, to experience these unique dishes than Thursdays at the Yurt.

Open Wednesday – Sunday evenings from mid-June through September.
One seating, departure 6:00 PM, returning 9:00 PM.

WINTER YURT EXCURSIONS

Guest's cross-country ski or snowshoe approximately 3/4 mile through the moon or lantern lit forest to a Mongolian yurt, where a chef prepares an incredible five-course meal guests won't soon forget.
