7:30 AM - Yoga for Powder

The flow of this vinyasa practice will wake up your stiff body and mentally prepare you for a day of blower powder. The sequence of poses will focus on key muscle groups, build heat in the body, and strengthen your core. Breath will be connected with movement to help increase balance and concentration. Be prepared to find your inner rhythm and nurture your spirit. All levels welcome!!

4:30 PM - Après Ski Yoga

This slow-moving hatha practice will heal your body after a tough day on the hills. Through non-aggressive postures and deep breathing techniques, you will rejuvenate your tired muscles and relax your mind. This practice is a wonderful way to prepare your body and mind for the deep sleep needed to do it again tomorrow. All levels welcome!!
